What is Outbound Record?
Outbound Call Recording Overview
The outbound call recording service allows you to record any telephone conversations you are making from your mobile or landline. Any recordings made can then be stored on-line or emailed to a designated address once each call is completed.
Operation
The service operates by providing you an access number that you dial prior to making the call, once access has been authorised you can continue to make multiple calls to different destinations all of which are recorded until you hang-up.
Authorisation
The service allows you to control who can gain access to the service either by registering their number (CLI) or by using an Access pin number.
CLI Presentation
Additionally you can present or withhold your own CLI or even present a different number when making these calls.
