To the contrary, we have ended up with a 1st class medical website that is CMS driven allowing us to keep it updated. The builders of the site kept in regular communication. They were very open to my thoughts and ideas and presented with moodboards to help them understand what I wanted. I was also impressed that there was no cap on the number of revisions. This was useful as it allowed us to *try* things, and if it didn't look good, to change it. All in all, highly recommend the company and I am using them again on another project.
